A Lifetime's Worth Of Stories...

I’d love nothing more than to share my entire bio here, but as it happens it is getting quite long because I have done a lot, in many roles and, I am a bit older.

The quick round up is that I am a New Zealand born, Australian-Based Male Audiobook Narrator & Voice Actor with 24 years of international professional experience across Theatre, Film, Television and Radio.

I began performing in school theatre at the age of 10 and have been acting ever since in many professional roles, with a 22 year segue as a Forensic Crime Scene Investigator.

With such varied experience across all walks of life, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every vocal performance and a reality to each and every character that I have brought to life.

My decades of working internationally across both theatre, screen acting and technical production, allows me to assist with your next project at every stage.

As both an experienced actor, and versatile voice artist with decades of working within teams of creatives, I am able to seamlessly fit into your process whether this is your first time working with a voice artist or on the journey of your next big campaign.

With my wide ranging technical experience as a Technical Director, Video editor, Theatre Manager, Floor Manager, Radio Producer, there's no part of the process that I can't help with as we create your project.

Being in my booth feels no different than standing in any commercial recording studio…

…The only difference is that my booth is located in a rural Australia setting, built into a converted 20ft High Top Container and connected to the world via a Superfast Reliable Starlink Connection. 

When you work with the Voice From The Booth, there are no compromises when it comes to waiting times or quality, because my booth is built perfectly to my professional studio spec and your needs.

A Complete Creative Space

My studio is comprised of a floating recording booth, which is constructed with DuraraPanel for total sound reduction and acoustic quality. Additionally, I have a unique production area, allowing me to seamlessly record and then process all of my audio from one single creative space.

Live & Broadcast Ready

My booth is coupled with a 124mbs/s Starlink connection that allows me to deliver superfast service to anywhere in the world. I also have Source Connect and Cleanfeed included as well as other connection software, so that you can virtually join me if you want to completely direct my performance.

Commercial Grade Production

My recording studio has been fitted with all the latest voiceover production and recording tech that you'd expect from a commercial studio. My microphones include a Sennheiser Mk 4 & Ashton Stealth; all captured on a Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 - to deliver only the cleanest audio recordings.

Anything Else That You Need

If you need more than just my voice, then I can provide a complete end-to-end production service. That includes full audio production, video editing and graphic design. Just let me know when you enquire and I'll happily include a quote for any additional services, so you get exactly what you need.
